Message So this is a follow up of sorts. I'm attaching a link to a 1 minute 48 second video that shows this "thing" in all its glory. The problem still has several people stumped, totally out of ideas. Here is what has been verified working:

Freshly rebuilt motor with good compression (160-165 all around)
MAF tested with known good, it's fine.
IACV 14 months old
Throttle bodies calibrated and cleaned
TPS at .46v with closed throttle on
Entire intake tract (outside removing actual manifolds) rebuilt with every clamp tightened
Spark on all 6
Fuel Pressure at 36 and change at idle
Engine vacuum at a consistent neg 18 to 20 at idle
IAA temporarily eliminated with no change
New temp sensor

Car runs wonderfully when you apply a little throttle and can bog like a boss when cold unless you apply a little extra throttle.

Getting a little desperate here lol. Only thing I can think of is the fact the speed sensor is currently unplugged, but that does not mess with idle I don't think. Any crazy ideas are welcome, 'cause I'm out of them and I won't settle for a "running good except at idle" Z.

Here's the video, thanks again. Also, the wideband you see is on the driver side downpipe. No mate on the passenger yet.
